Refunds

• Tickets are non-refundable.
• Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled.
• Ticket fees and handling fees are non-refundable.

Rebooking and Exchanges

• Rebooking to another day or session may be possible, subject to availability.
• The new ticket purchase must be of equal or higher value than the original ticket.
• Walkovers, schedule changes, court changes and/or player injuries do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
• The organizer reserves the right to change match times and courts.
• Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or ticket exchange, except for possible rebooking subject to availability as stated above.

Before Purchase

• Please carefully check your selected session, date and seat before completing your order.
• All orders are processed through a secure website.
• Tickets may be purchased at the arena, subject to availability.
• Advance purchase via Tickster is recommended.

Entry and Consent

By presenting a ticket for entry to Bybit Stockholm Open at the Royal Tennis Hall, you agree to the following:

• The organizer may carry out a reasonable inspection of you and your belongings.
• This inspection is carried out to ensure that prohibited items are not brought into the arena.

• You may appear in images or footage in connection with the tournament.
• This may include live or recorded video programs, photographs, broadcasts or other reproductions.
• Such material may be used for the purposes of the organizer and the tournament.

• You may receive marketing communications from Bybit Stockholm Open and its partners.
• This will be handled in accordance with applicable rules for consent and unsubscribing.

• You are not permitted to broadcast, publish or assist anyone else in broadcasting or publishing material from the tournament without the organizer’s permission.
• This includes, for example, descriptions, accounts, photographs, videos or other reproductions of any part of the tournament.
