BNP Paribas Nordic Open has signed an agreement with Svenska Brasserier. They will be present at this year's tournament offering food and drinks from some of their highly regarded brands. This year's edition of the BNP Paribas Nordic Open is played in the Royal Tennis Hall from October 12-20.

"We are very pleased with the new agreement with Svenska Brasserier. Our partner is a leader in the industry with well-known restaurants such as Riche, Sturehof, Teatergrillen, and Ulriksdals Värdshus. The fact that Svenska Brasserier has such a large and broad range makes them the perfect event supplier," says Rasmus Hult, CEO of BNP Paribas Nordic Open.

Svenska Brasserier becomes the tournament's official catering partner. The rich and quality assortment means that both the gourmet and the guest who wishes to grab something quickly between matches will have their needs met.

"We are happy and proud to work together with BNP Paribas Nordic Open, one of Sweden's truly classic sports events with both fantastic tennis players but also a world-class audience. We hope to offer the audience an amazing experience when it comes to food, drink, and service," says Michael Porseryd, CEO of Svenska Brasserier.

BNP Paribas Nordic Open (then called Stockholm Open) was first held in 1969 in the Royal Tennis Hall and is thus the oldest indoor competition on the ATP tour. Over the years, an overwhelming majority of tennis's world number ones have visited Stockholm, and among the tournament winners are John McEnroe, Björn Borg, Mats Wilander, Stefan Edberg, Ivan Lendl, and Roger Federer.
