Former world No. 6 and Wimbledon finalist Matteo Berrettini has been confirmed for Bybit Stockholm Open, taking place from 7–14 November. The Italian star returns to the Royal Tennis Hall for the third consecutive year, joining an impressive line-up featuring Casper Ruud, Holger Rune and Alexander Bublik.

Berrettini made history in 2021 when he became the first Italian man to reach the Wimbledon singles final. He also played a key role in helping Italy secure back-to-back Davis Cup titles in 2024 and 2025. Known for his powerful serve and forehand, Berrettini has established himself as one of the most exciting players to watch on the ATP Tour.

"I'm really looking forward to coming back to Stockholm. I've had a great time here over the past two years, and it's always special to play at the Royal Tennis Hall. Hopefully, I can put on some great matches for the fans this November," says Matteo Berrettini.

For Tournament Director Thomas Enqvist, Berrettini is another exciting addition to this year's tournament.

"Matteo is a fantastic player who has shown that he can compete with the very best in the world. With his huge serve and aggressive playing style, he's a great player to watch live. Having him in the line-up alongside Casper Ruud, Holger Rune and Alexander Bublik is really exciting. We're building a very strong field for this year's tournament," says Thomas Enqvist.
